The board — paid placement

The board on our homepage is a sponsored leaderboard, not a ranking we worked out. Listing is free, and from ₹1 anyone can buy position: the order of the board is the money listers have paid, and nothing else. The board itself says this — rank reflects money, not merit.

Every link off the board is advertising, not a recommendation. It routes through an/out/ redirect on this domain carryingrel="sponsored nofollow ugc", and it can never pay us a commission — tracking parameters are stripped at the door, so no board link is an affiliate link. If you buy through a board listing, the money we received is the listing's bid, not a cut of your purchase. The board's rules, including its refund position, are on the board terms page.

Affiliate links in the guides

Links to retailers in our guides route through a /go/ redirect on this domain, which is where an affiliate tag gets attached. When one is attached and you buy something, the retailer pays us a percentage of the sale. The price you pay is identical either way — affiliate links never add a surcharge.

Status, August 2026: we are not earning from these links yet. Our affiliate account is approved, but this site is still pending review by the network, so every outbound link currently goes to the retailer untagged and pays us nothing. We would rather say that than let you assume otherwise. This page changes the day that does.

We access retailer affiliate programmes — Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Pepperfry and others — through Cuelinks, an affiliate network. We are not a direct member of the Amazon Associates programme. We may also earn recurring commissions on software and hosting services we recommend.

How links are marked

Both kinds of outbound link carry Google's paid-link markup and route through a redirect on this domain, so the destination stays auditable: board links carryrel="sponsored nofollow ugc" via /out/, and guide affiliate links carry rel="sponsored nofollow" via /go/. You can verify either by hovering any link or viewing the page source.

What commissions don't change

Commission rates vary between products and categories, and they are not a factor in what our guides recommend or in what order. Where a cheaper product is the better buy, we say so — even though it pays us less. The board is the deliberate opposite, and labels itself that way: its order is exactly what was paid for it.
