Board terms and refund policy

These terms cover paid listings on the board only.

What a bid buys

A bid buys rank on the board, and nothing else. Paid listings are ordered by the total amount paid against them, highest first. Anyone can pay to push their listing above yours at any time, and we do not cap how much anyone may bid. Your position is therefore temporary by design.

Listing itself is free. Free listings sit below every paid listing, and their order within that block is redrawn every hour at random — we do not order them by age, alphabet, or anything we could be paid to change. No amount of waiting moves a free listing above a paid one, and no waiting is needed either: the minimum bid is ₹1, and any bid, of any size, clears the entire free block.

A paid listing is not a review, a recommendation, an endorsement, or a verification of any kind. We do not check listed products, and appearing on the board implies no opinion from us. Every outbound listing link is marked as sponsored.

We do not promise traffic, clicks, signups, or revenue. The click counter shows what it shows; it is not a guarantee of anything, and we make no claim about the quality of those clicks.

Refunds and cancellations

Bids are final and non-refundable. Rank is delivered the moment a payment is confirmed, so there is nothing to cancel afterwards. Being outbid is the normal operation of the board, not a failure of service, and is not refundable.

We do refund, to the original payment method, in these cases:

• A duplicate charge for the same bid.
• A payment that was captured but never applied to a listing due to a fault on our side.
• A listing we remove under the rules below, where the removal was our error.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days; your bank may take longer to show them. To request one, email hello@goodfinds.dev with the payment reference and the listing title.

Listings marked unpaid

A listing is marked unpaid when nothing has been paid against it. That covers two kinds: listings we added ourselves to give the board something to show before bidding started, and listings anyone has since submitted for free. Neither was charged for, both carry no amount, and both sit below every paid listing, so the first real bid on any product outranks all of them. We never display a rupee figure against a listing that was not actually paid for.

You can bid on one of these exactly as you would any other listing, and doing so makes it a paid listing from that point on.

What may be listed, and the labels

Any SaaS product may be listed, from anywhere. We do not restrict the board by country and we do not judge whether a product deserves its spot — rank is rupees, and that is the whole mechanic.

It has to be a product, on its own website. These are refused at submission, whoever sends them: code repositories (GitHub, GitLab), packages (npm, PyPI, crates.io, Docker Hub), app and extension store pages (App Store, Play Store, Chrome, Firefox), videos, shortened links, and social, portfolio, link-in-bio or booking profiles (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Linktree, Topmate, Medium and the like). A repo is source code and a profile is a person; neither is the thing this board ranks. You find out before you pay, not after.

Everything else we label rather than refuse, because where a company is built is a judgement call and a wrong refusal costs you more than a wrong label costs us. Two labels, declared by whoever lists the product — on rows we seeded, declared by us:

• Indian or International — where the team that builds the product sits. A company registered abroad with its engineering team in India reads as Indian; a product acquired by a non-Indian owner reads as International from the point the deal closes.
• free, ₹ pricing or $ only — whether you can actually pay for it from India. $ only means the product bills in dollars and needs a card that works internationally. It is a statement about billing, not a criticism.

A listing with no label simply has no declaration yet. A missing label is not a claim about the product in either direction, and buying a spot never buys a label. Declarations are shown as made — we do not verify each one — so if a label is wrong about your product or anyone else's, email us and we will correct or remove it. That costs the listing nothing and never touches its rank.

One listing per product

The board lists products, not pages or campaigns. Every page on the same domain counts as the same product and shares a single listing — so a second submission for a product already on the board raises that listing rather than creating a competing one, whoever pays. On multi-tenant hosts (GitHub, the App Store, X and similar) each distinct project page counts as its own product.

This board is for the products themselves. Affiliate, referral and tracking URLs will not work here. We drop the query string from every listing link, so a link carrying someone's commission tag reaches the product without it. Obvious affiliate parameters are refused outright when you submit, rather than quietly taken and neutered, so you find out before you pay rather than afterwards.

Shortened links are refused too — bit.ly, tinyurl and the like. Dropping the query string cannot neutralise a short link, because the tracking sits on the other side of the redirect; and a paid link should show where it goes before anyone clicks it. Paste the real product URL.

The exception is a small set of platforms where the query string identifies the product rather than tracking it — a YouTube video's ?v= or an Android app's ?id=. Those are kept, because dropping them would point every listing at the same page.

Listing a product you don't operate, in a way that misrepresents who is behind it, is grounds for removal without refund.

What we will remove

We remove listings, without refund, that are illegal, misleading, malicious, adult, hateful, or that promote financial scams — including crypto-doubling, guaranteed-return, loan-approval and lottery offers. We also remove listings whose destination changes after listing to something that would have been rejected, and listings whose URL is dead or diverted.

We may remove anything else at our discretion; where the removal is not the fault of the listing, we refund the unspent portion of the bid. We are not obliged to explain a removal, though we usually will.

Your listing content

You confirm you have the right to list the URL you submit. The title and tagline shown on the board are read from that page's own metadata, and they are re-read each time a bid on the listing is paid — so updating your own page updates your listing. Keep it accurate: what appears must describe what is actually at the link, and we remove listings where it doesn't.

If we have corrected a listing's title or tagline by hand, it stops updating automatically and stays as corrected.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details — we store only the payment reference the gateway returns, the amount, and the listing it applies to. All amounts are in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes.

Availability and liability

The board is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and we may change how ranking works, pause bidding, or discontinue the board entirely. If we discontinue it, we refund the unspent portion of recent bids.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the board is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing in question.
